	Tunay Gıda Fruit Processing Industry

	Our factory is installed in Erzincan city which is in a valley at east of Turkey between Munzur and Keşiş mountains (both mountains are aproximately 3000m. High) 1250m. from sea level. The Construction of factory was started in 2004 and it covers 17000m2 space; 2000m2 of which is indoor space. The capacity of the fruit processing plant is 7 tons/h or 168 tons daily. The Evaporator of the puree concentrate line is bought from ROSSI CATTELLI firm, puree preparation sterilization and aseptic filling line is bought from Italian Ing.A. ROSSI firm and is 2005 model. The Construction of factory is supervised by a German food safety expert and built according to HACCP and IFS- BRC – ISO9001 standards. We already started process of getting HACCP- IFS –BRC – ISO9001 certificates and in 3-4 months this will be finalized. Fruits to be processed at Tunay Gıda will be collected from regions with no industrial work in action so they will be free from industrial wastes. Aromatic fruits, that will be processed in our factory, are grown in a natural environment without any fertilization. We aim to make organic certificated products at upcoming years. We will produce natural puree at their natural brix and 26-32 brix puree concentrate from lots of fruits like; apricot, wild apricot, peach, rosehip, black plum, apple, pear, blueberry, blackberry. Products will be packaged in 220kg. aseptic bags in galvanized iron barrels or 5, 10, 20kg. aseptic bags depending on request.
